Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping rates are currently based on USPS Standard Shipping and Flat Rate Priority Mail. As a very small business with small shipping volume, we are offering the cheapest rates available to us and will update rates as we grow and are eligible for discounted rates.
We have a 1-3 day processing time to get your shipment ready. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipment through USPS will arrive between 3-5 business days from the time it has left our facility.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns may be permitted on case by case bases. Please contact us to discuss your concerns. If we approve return, customers will be responsible for returning the purchase to us. Once the return is received, we will issue a refund.
